How much does it cost?
We charge a one-time fee of $5,000 AUD for the full setup from end-to-end. You only pay for the tools we use, which we’ll discuss with you in advance. No hidden fees, no bloated contracts.
What’s included in the price?
Everything from mapping your current workflows to designing new processes, automating them and fully setting up the tools. We also deliver documentation and training (if needed) so your team can take over with confidence.
What tools do you use?
It depends on your needs, but typically we work with Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, Monday, Make, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and everything else in between. We only use tools that solve problems, not add more noise.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s totally fine. Most clients don’t. We’ll start with a deep dive into how your company runs today and identify the biggest opportunities for improvement.
